Comments On This Chapter
- If you are feeling rusty on vectors or vector functions, now would be a good time to review Chapters 13 and 14 from the textbook.
- The textbook uses bold face type to indicate that an object is a vector. Since bold face is difficult to write using a pencil, this study guide will denote a vector by a letter with an arrow over it, to look more like what you will be writing as you practice.
- This chapter will make use of and draw interrelations between most of the major themes of calculus: derivatives, integrals, vectors.
