Modern Geometry Homework 1 - Hint


The angle subtended at the center of a regular 15-gon is 24 degrees. So it suffices to be able to construct this angle. The angle at the center of an equilateral triangle is 120 and that at the center of a regular pentagon is 72 degrees. Use the fact that you can construct the latter two angles to construct an angle of 24 degrees.
