I am currently an Associate Professor and the Graduate Director for Mathematics at the University of Oklahoma. In 2008, I received my PhD from the University of North Carolina and joined the faculty at OU soon after. My main research interests are in
- Homogeneous Einstein manifolds and Ricci solitons
- Geometry of nilpotent and solvable Lie groups
- Representations of Lie and algebraic groups
- Geometric Invariant Theory and applications to the geometry of Lie groups
