Textbook:   Algebraic Topology by Allen Hatcher. This is available for free at his website, but the printed edition is inexpensive ($34, for 550 pages) and worth having.

Grading scheme:   homework: 20%,   exams I, II: 25% each,   final exam: 30%

May 11:   Your final exams are graded and I have posted final grades on D2L. I will post exam solutions soon.

Apr. 13:   The second exam is available now, and is due on April 26. Hints are definitely available. Please feel free to ask me.

Apr. 11:   I will be away this afternoon (wednesday) and won't be able to hold office hours. I will be in friday 3-5, however.

Apr. 3:   I will be out of town Wednesday-Friday, so I will not be able to hold office hours on Wednesday. Thursday's class will be taught by Professor McCullough.

Feb. 21:   The first take-home exam will be due on Tuesday March 6. The exam is here. If you get stuck, feel free to ask me for a hint.
