Health benefits of a nutritarian eating style



Nutritarian diets are powerfully health-promoting because they provide the body with all the nutrients it needs while at the same time greatly reducing its toxic load and maintaining a healthy weight. They will prevent cardiovascular disease and Type II diabetes, in fact, in the great majority of cases they can actually reverse these diseases. They can reverse or ameliorate many autoimmune diseases, especially when started early in the disease process. They are preventive for many of the common causes of dementia.

A nutritarian diet will dramatically reduce lifetime cancer risk, if used in the first 10 years of life. Unfortunately the risk reduction is only gradual for adults who grow up eating standard diets and then change to a nutritarian diet, but over time it can signficantly reduce lifetime cancer risk, especially when certain food selections and avoidances are utilized.
