Advising
Dr. Patrick Cross is the Department's Academic Counselor and Coordinator of Undergraduate Mathematics Enrollment & Placement. He is the advisor for all mathematics majors, so you can meet with him to decide which classes to take and monitor your progress toward your degree. You can also talk to him if you are experiencing difficulties in your courses. He is an excellent resource and advocate for all of our undergraduate students. You can find his office hours here.

Opportunities
There are many kinds of mathematical experiences outside of the classroom. These are a great way to test your skills, expand your knowledge, and meet other people who love math! Career Resources
You have a lot of options! With a math degree, you have the analytical and technical skills to get a job in a wide range of fields including engineering, finance, software, biosciences, consulting, and insurance. Math Club

Scholarships
The Mathematics Department has a number of endowed scholarship funds to support its undergraduate majors. All math majors are encouraged to apply. Applications are available online and will be accepted from January to March each year.
