Travel & Lodging

The conference will take place on the campus of the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.

Hotel: A block of rooms is reserved at Sooner Legends, with a deadline of April 6. The special rate for conference attendees is $85 plus tax which includes breakfast. To get one of these rooms at the special rate, call 405-701-8100 and say you are with the group "Redbud Math". To cancel, you must do so by 3PM, 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid 1 night penalty.

Travel by air: The closest airport to Norman is Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City (code: OKC). We will provide local transportation between the airport and hotel/campus.

Travel by car: There are two campus parking lots that are close to the location of the talks. Campus parking is free on the weekends and street parking near campus is free on Sundays. For weekdays you will need a visitor permit to access the parking lots. Visitor parking permits can be picked up in the Visitor Center. Additionally, the McFarlin Church near campus allows free parking on their lot when there is no service. We recommend this option for the weekdays. For the locations of the parking lots and the visitor center, see this map.
