Abstract Finite W-algebras are certain associative algebras associated to a pair consisting of a complex semisimple Lie algebra and a nilpotent element therein. They have been studied quite extensively these recent years. This talk aims to introduce the super counterpart in the case when the underlying Lie superalgebra is of queer type. We also will try to lay out the picture on how the W-superalgebra can be used to generalize the classical Sergeev duality.
